The Senior Stability, Safety & Independence Initiative helps older adults navigate community resources and access the support they need to remain safe and independent. Through resource navigation, case-management support, and community connections, we help seniors maintain their dignity, stability, and quality of life.

We only collect basic contact information and a brief description of your needs. We do not request Social Security numbers, financial account information, or medical records through the public website.
